What is Babycad?
Babycad is an easy online exhibition design tool. It is powered by 3D-Standards and has a custom model set, tailored for the exhibition industry: popups, banners etc.
What is 3D-Standards?
3D-Standards is the industry leading online showroom engine which powers many of your manufacturers’ online design software. With one account you can access any of the services powered by 3D-Standards, such as Babycad.
What is a 3D-Snapshot?
This is a 3D-Standards super tool. It hosts an uneditable version of your 3d design in a unique webpage you can share with your customers so that your customer can see your designs in 3D also.
Do 3D-Snapshots work on any computer?
3D-Snapshots are supported in Mac OSX, Windows XP\Vista\7 and any java enabled Linux browser.
How much does it cost?
The basic version is free! and you can publish PDFs with it. If you want to publish 3D-Snapshots, save and use your own branding, you’ll need a pro account which is $39 a month.
Can I add my own models?
Not currently.
Can I host it on my own website?
Yes, this is only supported with the Pro account. In your admin panel there’s a section called 3D Web Links. You can embed one of those links in an iframe on your website and it will display a version of Babycad with your branding.
